At Coxwell Physiotherapy Centre, our goal is to ensure you focus entirely on your physical recovery while we manage the billing stresses. Most of our clinical treatments—including physiotherapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, custom bracing, and podiatric orthotics—can be partially or fully covered by third-party insurance or government programs.

Third-Party Coverage Classifications

Extended Health Care (EHC) Plans Most private employer group benefit plans (e.g. SunLife, Manulife, Great-West Life) cover significant portions of RMT massage, custom foot orthotics, orthopedic braces, and registered physiotherapy.

Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA Auto Insurance) If you have been injured in a car accident, your automobile insurance covers 100% of your clinical recovery costs. Our staff will help you fill out the relevant application forms (OCF forms) and handle direct billing with the auto insurer so **you bear zero out-of-pocket costs**.

Workplace Injuries (WSIB Claims) If you have sustained an injury while on the job, your treatment costs are covered by the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB). We complete direct billing with WSIB provided your workplace claim has been approved.
